Raspberry Chipotle Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries Sweet base of the sauce
  • 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce Adjust for spice level
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar or Honey For sweetness
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Adds tangy contrast
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder For extra depth
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder Enhances flavor
  • 1/4 tsp Salt To enhance taste
  • 1/4 cup Water To adjust consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine raspberries, chipotle pepper, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan over medium heat. Add water if needed.
  • Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  • For a smooth texture, strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional).
  • Allow the sauce to cool, then transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate.

Notes

Customize your sauce by adjusting sweetness, spice, or thickness. A squeeze of lime or orange juice can add extra brightness!
