Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the beef, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sriracha. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
In a saucepan, bring the broth to a gentle boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Divide the cooked noodles into bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
Top with the cooked ground beef, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.
Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of mirin or miso paste to the broth. Customize with additional toppings like mushrooms, bean sprouts, or nori.
