Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Noodles any preferred type
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger grated
  • 1 Green Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Chili Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up into small pieces, until browned.
  • Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat with the sauce.
  • Serve the dish garnished with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
