Instructions
Cook the marinated ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked through. Set aside.
Sauté or blanch the vegetables separately to maintain their color and texture.
Assemble the bibimbap: Place a layer of cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
Arrange the sautéed vegetables, cooked bulgogi beef, and a fried egg on top of the rice.
Drizzle sesame oil over the top, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with gochujang or chili oil for added spice, if desired.
Notes
