Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Gochujang optional
  • 2 cups Rice cooked
  • assorted Vegetables e.g., spinach, carrots, bean sprouts
  • 1 per serving Eggs
  • to garnish Sesame Seeds
  • to garnish Green Onions thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Cook the marinated ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked through. Set aside.
  • Sauté or blanch the vegetables separately to maintain their color and texture.
  • Assemble the bibimbap: Place a layer of cooked rice at the bottom of a bowl.
  • Arrange the sautéed vegetables, cooked bulgogi beef, and a fried egg on top of the rice.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the top, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with gochujang or chili oil for added spice, if desired.

Notes

Customize the vegetables and spices to your preference. Add more gochujang for extra heat or enjoy the dish as is for a milder flavor.
