Description

These Cottage Cheese Chips are a crispy, high-protein snack that’s easy to make and perfect for healthy eating. Made with just one main ingredient, these chips are low-carb, keto-friendly, and packed with flavor. Whether you enjoy them on their own or paired with your favorite dips, they are a delicious alternative to traditional chips!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon dried minced onion (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Form the Chips: Spoon small dollops (about 1 tablespoon each) of cottage cheese onto the parchment paper, spacing them apart. Flatten them slightly into thin rounds using the back of a spoon.
  3. Season: Sprinkle the chips evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, sesame seeds, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Check after 20 minutes and continue baking if needed.
  5. Cool & Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool completely to crisp up further. Enjoy as a snack or with your favorite dip!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, dehydrate the chips at 150°F (65°C) for 2-3 hours instead of baking.
  • If using large-curd cottage cheese, blend it slightly for a smoother texture before forming the chips.
