Ingredients

Scale

For the Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

For the Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup sliced pickles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
    • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
    • Drain excess grease and set aside.
  • Make the Special Sauce:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
    • Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Assemble the Wraps:

    • Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese in the center.
    • Spoon the cooked beef over the cheese.
    • Drizzle with the special sauce.
    • Top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickle slices.
  • Wrap and Serve:

    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly like a burrito.
    • For a toasted finish, heat a dry skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side.
    • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  • Enjoy!

    • Slice in half and serve with extra special sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Tortilla Choice: Use low-carb or whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Cheese Options: American cheese gives an authentic Big Mac taste, but shredded cheddar works well too.
  • Meal Prep: Store cooked beef and sauce separately in the fridge and assemble fresh when ready to eat.
  • Spicy Kick: Add a dash of hot sauce or jalapeños for heat.
